Shipping and Delivery

We have a 2-3 working day turnaround time from proof approval. Once the order has been printed and packed up, we ship on a next working day delivery with either DPD or Parcelforce.
We use either DPD or Parcelforce to ship our parcels. Both are sent on a next working day Delivery (once printed) and you will receive a 1 hour delivery time slot.
You will have a few options to choose from if you are not available when your order is ready to be delivered. You can choose a safe place, leave with a neighbor, or arrange a redelivery on a different day.
Yeah sure, when you check out you will have the option to 'pick up' which you can collect from our premises in Bristol, UK.
Once your order has been printed, we ship on a next working day delivery. For example, if it's shipped on a Tuesday, it should be delivered on the Wednesday.
We ship orders Monday to Friday, also classed as 'working days'.
Depending on whether your order is printed and finished by Friday, we can ship it for Saturday delivery. There will be an additional charge for this service. Please contact our admin team to check if this is possible
You can add Fast Track Production for £15 at checkout to have your order prioritised through our production queue.

If your order value is over £400, please contact us before placing your order so we can check our production capacity and confirm whether we can meet your required deadline.

Please note that Fast Track applies to production time only. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on prompt proof approval and courier services, so we recommend allowing extra time for any time-critical orders.

If you have a specific deadline, feel free to get in touch with our team before ordering and we’ll be happy to check what’s possible.
We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround times and always aim to get your order printed, finished and dispatched as efficiently as possible.

The delivery dates shown on our website are estimated and are based on your proof being approved promptly. While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasionally delays can happen.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party courier and unfortunately any delays within their network are outside of our control. We therefore cannot be held responsible for courier delays or any consequential losses resulting from a delayed delivery.

As all of our products are custom-made specifically for you, we are generally unable to offer a refund or cancellation simply because a shipment arrives later than the estimated delivery date. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

If your order hasn't arrived when expected, please get in touch with our team and we'll be happy to check the tracking, contact the courier where necessary and do everything we can to help get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If your order is particularly time-sensitive or needed for a specific event or deadline, we strongly recommend allowing additional time and contacting us before ordering so we can advise on the best available option.
We strive to offer you the best possible price for your order, which is why we cover the shipping costs! If you're in Mainland UK, enjoy free postage. For shipping to other locations, please use the shipping calculator on the cart page.
Unfortunately, the couriers we use do not deliver to PO box addresses.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order has not arrived. We will resolve the issue for you and reprint your order if necessary.


Worldwide Shipping

We have a dedicated shipping calculator on our cart page. You can select your country and postcode to see if we ship to your country, and how much it will cost.
If you’re ordering from within the EU, local taxes and duties are calculated and paid at checkout. We then ship your order using a "Duties Paid" service, so there are no extra charges when it arrives. For orders outside the UK and EU, we don’t charge VAT at checkout—but you may be required to pay import taxes or duties when your order is delivered.
We ship worldwide using DHL Express. Shipping time can vary between 1-5 working days depending on the country. Please contact us to find out more information

Sure, you can set the delivery address to your clients address, and we can ship direct to them
Sure! We have the option to select 'plain packaging' when you get to the cart page. If this is selected we will send your order out in a blank box / envelope with no reference to Sticker Shop.
