Q
What does die cut mean?
Die cut stickers are stickers that have been printed and cut out as individual stickers! Our machines cut all the way through the top layer of vinyl as well as the backing material enabling us to pop them out! This makes it really easy for people to distribute stickers and hand them out
Q
What is the difference between die cut stickers and kiss cut stickers?
Die cut stickers are cut through both the vinyl and the backing paper and supplied individually. Kiss cut stickers are just cut through the top layer of vinyl and not the backing paper, these are typically supplied planned up on sheets as can be peeled from the backing.
Q
Can I have my sticker cut to any shape?
We can cut to any shape and size (up to 1300mm). For best results we reccomend your sticker artwork to have a smooth cut path, keeping the edges as jagged free as possible. If you have any artwork queries, feel free to drop us an email at hello@stickershop.co.uk and we will be happy to advise
Q
How do I set up the cut line?
If you are using a vector graphic program like Adobe Illustrator, please supply the cut path as a path layer. If you have no idea what we mean by vector graphic or path layer (you wont be the only one), just try to show as clearly as possibly where you would like the edge of the sticker to be, and we will add the cut path in for you.
Q
Will I see a preview of my artwork?
Sure! We always send a PDF proof to ensure you are fully happy with how the sticker looks before going to print. Please be sure to check the email that you use when checking out as you will need to approve this before going to print.
Q
How long will they take to arrive?
We aim to print and dispatch all stickers within a few working days. Once dispatched, we send out our parcels on a DPD next working day service.
